Services for Richard Drafts, 25, formerly of 3124 Daleford Dr., who died Friday after falling from the 13th floor of a building under construction, where he was working near Sarasota, FL., will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Ray C. Neville Mortuary, Southwest Chapel, 7438 Airport Highway. Survived by parents Mr. and Mrs. Walter E. Drafts, sister Mrs. Linda Ruble, and brothers David and Scott. Interment at Springfield Township Cemetery.
