Rest in peace Bruce, fellow classmate and friend from early southend days. Bruce attended the 36th Friday night reunion weekend in 2003 at the Bronze Boar. He also made a brief appearance at the 40th held at the MRYC having arrived on his motorcycle. Bruce was also in attendance at some of the reunion planning meetings held at the former Southend Lair over the years. Bruce was outspoken and honest. He also experienced the challenges of the aftermath of having served in the Viet Nam War. I am saddened by the loss of another one of our brave veterans.
